We took a bunch of pics and I thought I'd do a post of each state we went through. So we begin with driving down I-84 through eastern Oregon:
Even from the highway, you can't help but enjoy the Oregon beauty.
We stopped at a rest area and ran into some very bold squirrels with voracious appetites. I had some almonds and that caused a slight frenzy.
After one particular squirrel suddenly jumped on my leg and looked at me with pleading eyes that seemed to be saying "Look at me! Feed ME!", I decided I was done bonding with nature for that moment.
Pictures rarely do landscapes justice.
